Welcome to www.mpmoney.com.au. MP Money is a trading name of Premier Express Group Pty Ltd (ABN 22 626 597 779), a licensed money remittance provider. We offer money transfer services (“the Services”) in accordance with the Terms outlined below.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the website and its Services. MP Money reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect upon publication.

2. Agreement to the Terms

When a customer completes and submits our Registration Form online or in person, these Terms become part of the binding agreement between (“MP Money”) and the Customer.

Definitions
  • Customer: The individual or entity who submits the Registration Form or uses MP Money’s Services.
  • Fees: Charges payable for accessing MP Money’s Services. These may be updated periodically.
  • Funds: Money transferred by MP Money as part of its Services.
  • Law: All applicable Commonwealth, State, and local legislation, including AML/CTF laws and the Corporations Act 2001.
  • MP Money: Premier Express Group Pty Ltd trading as MP Money (ABN 22 626 597 779), located at 197 Thomas Street Dandenong Vic 3175.
  • Nominated Account: The bank account provided by MP Money for the Customer to deposit funds.
  • Order: A service request placed by the Customer.
  • Personal Information: As defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  • Recipient: The party nominated to receive the Funds.
  • Registration Form: The form completed online or in person to access MP Money’s Services.
  • Services: Money transfer and remittance services provided by MP Money.
  • Website: www.mpmoney.com.au or any other MP Money-affiliated domain.
  • “We,” “our,” and “us”: Refer to MP Money.
  • Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (excluding Melbourne and Sydney public holidays).
3. Service Provision

MP Money may refuse to provide Services at its sole discretion without giving reasons.

4. Accuracy of Information

Customers warrant that:

  • Information submitted in the Registration Form is accurate.
  • Recipient details are correct.
  • Funds will not be used for illegal activity.

MP Money may suspend Services if inaccurate information is provided.

5. AML/CTF Compliance

Customers must comply with all AML/CTF requirements, provide proof of identity, and supply additional information upon request. MP Money may suspend Services if information is not provided promptly.

6. Privacy

MP Money collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and MP Money’s Privacy Policy.

7. Transactions

Orders may be placed in person, online, or via phone (for existing Customers). MP Money may decline Orders exceeding legal limits or request written confirmation. All payments must be made to the Nominated Account.

Customers agree to pay all Fees and acknowledge that third-party banks may impose additional charges.

8. Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

  • A written request is emailed to [email protected].
  • The Funds have not yet been transferred to the Recipient.
  • MP Money has not finalised the Order.

Refunds are not guaranteed. Fees may still apply.

9. Liability

MP Money is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect Customer information
  • Natural disasters or system failures
  • Recipient inability to receive Funds
  • Fraud, cyberattacks, or third-party issues

Transfers are final once the Recipient receives the Funds. Exchange rates may change without notice.

10. Website & Social Media

Customers agree to receive communications from MP Money and are responsible for keeping login details secure.

11. Notices

Notices may be delivered by email, mail, or via the Website.

12. Termination

MP Money may terminate Services immediately if:

  • False information is provided
  • The Customer is suspected of money laundering or terrorism financing
  • Required by law enforcement
13. Amendments

MP Money may modify these Terms by providing notice through email or via the Website.
