trading as MP Money (“Company”), as well as any person who may be reasonably identified as an
employee through online activity. This includes any profile information, posts, or comments indicating affiliation
with MP Money, whether or not the Company is explicitly mentioned.
This policy governs the use of social media on both company-owned devices and personal devices.
All activities conducted on social media platforms are considered public. Even when privacy settings are applied,
information may be viewed, shared, or accessed by unintended audiences. This policy is designed to protect both the
Company and its employees while ensuring fair and safe social media engagement. It is not intended to restrict personal
expression or limit lawful online activity.
No unauthorised person may manage, post, or interact with customers on behalf of the Company on any social media platform.

Regulations for Ethical Social Media Use
Employees must:
- Think carefully before sharing or publishing content.
- Respect diverse ideas, beliefs, cultures, and opinions.
- Interact respectfully and constructively with others.
- Understand that any posted content may remain accessible—even if deleted later.
- Review and comply with each platform’s Terms and Conditions.

When sharing content that may be interpreted as connected to the Company, use a disclaimer clearly stating that the
views expressed are personal and not those of the Company.
- Disclose potential conflicts of interest where personal connections or activities may influence your role.
Employees must NOT:
- Post content that is harassing, offensive, bullying, obscene, defamatory, threatening, hateful, racist, discriminatory, sexist, or homophobic.
- Disclose identities of employees, clients, suppliers, or partners, or share confidential, personal, or sensitive information gained through employment.
- Make negative, critical, or damaging remarks about the Company, management, employees, customers, or clients.
- Engage in defensive or negative discussions about MP Money online.
- Share or upload content that breaches court orders, infringes copyright, violates laws, or breaches professional obligations.
- Use or disclose proprietary, private, or commercially sensitive Company information.
- Represent personal opinions as those of the Company unless expressly authorised.
- Share Company-related information without explicit permission.
Policy Violations
Any breach of this policy—whether through misuse of personal or Company-related information—may result in disciplinary
action, including termination of employment.
The Company may instruct you to remove any online content deemed inappropriate or in violation of this policy.
