1. About the Mobile App

1.1 Welcome to the MP Money Mobile App. Premier Express Group Pty Ltd (ABN 22 626 597 779), trading as MP Money (“MP Money,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a licensed money remittance provider offering money transfer services (“Services”) in accordance with the Terms outlined in this document.

1.2 By accessing, using, or browsing the MP Money Mobile App ("Mobile App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Mobile App.

1.3 MP Money may update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect from the date they are published on the Mobile App.

2. Agreement to the Terms

When a Customer completes and submits the Registration Form on the Mobile App or in person, these Terms become a binding agreement between MP Money and the Customer.

3. Definitions

  • Customer: Any person or entity that completes a Registration Form or uses MP Money’s Services.
  • Fees: Charges payable by the Customer for access to MP Money’s Services.
  • Funds: Money transferred by MP Money on behalf of the Customer.
  • Law: All relevant Commonwealth, State, or Territory laws, including AML/CTF laws and the Corporations Act 2001.
  • MP Money: Premier Express Group Pty Ltd (ABN 22 626 597 779), located at 197 Thomas Street Dandenong Vic 3175.
  • Nominated Account: Bank details supplied by MP Money for customer deposits.
  • Order: A service request submitted by the Customer.
  • Personal Information: As defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  • Recipient: The person or entity nominated to receive the Funds.
  • Registration Form: Form completed on the Mobile App or in person to access Services.
  • Services: Money transfer and remittance services offered by MP Money.
  • Mobile App: “MP Money”, available on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other approved app stores.
  • “We,” “our,” and “us”: Refer to MP Money.
  • Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays in Sydney and Melbourne.

4. Service Provision

MP Money may refuse to provide Services at its sole discretion and is not required to provide reasons for refusal.

5. Accuracy and Provision of Information

Customers confirm:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Any changes will be promptly updated.
  • Funds will not be used for illegal purposes.

MP Money is not responsible for losses, delays, or transfer failures caused by incorrect Customer or Recipient information.

6. Personal Information Disclosure

MP Money may disclose Customer information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required.

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

Customers must comply with AML/CTF laws and provide additional identification or documentation when requested. Failure to provide information may result in suspension or refusal of Services.

Transactions of AUD 10,000 or more may require extra compliance verification.

8. Privacy

MP Money collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information as permitted under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and as detailed in the MP Money Privacy Policy.

9. Transactions

Customers may place Orders:

  • Through the Mobile App
  • By phone (existing customers only)
  • In person

MP Money may:

  • Decline Orders exceeding legal limits
  • Request written confirmation of an Order
  • Record calls for compliance and quality assurance
  • Only payments made via the Nominated Account are accepted. Cash payments or cash deposits are not permitted.

10. Fees and Charges

  • Customers agree to pay all applicable Fees.
  • MP Money may deduct Fees from the Funds before transfer.
  • Fees may change without notice.
  • Third-party bank charges are solely the Customer’s responsibility.

11. Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A written request is emailed to [email protected]
  • Funds have not been transferred to the Recipient
  • The Order has not been finalised

Refunds are not guaranteed, and cancellation charges may apply. Processing may take up to 14 working days or more.

12. Transfer Liability

MP Money is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect Customer or Recipient details
  • Technical issues, disasters, or network failures
  • Recipient inability to receive Funds
  • Fraud, cyberattacks, or external interference

Transfers are final once the Recipient receives the Funds.

MP Money does not guarantee delivery times.

13. Liability and Indemnity

The Customer agrees to indemnify MP Money against all losses, damages, or claims resulting from:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Incorrect information supplied by the Customer
  • External factors beyond MP Money’s control
  • Funds transferred to unintended recipients based on Customer instructions

14. Mobile App and Social Media Policy

  • By registering, Customers consent to electronic, phone, and email communication.
  • The Mobile App is available on Android, iOS, and other approved stores.
  • Customers must protect their login details and use strong passwords.
  • Sharing login details is prohibited.
  • Customers must notify MP Money of any security breach.
  • Public posts on social media platforms must not compromise account security.

15. Notices

Notices may be sent via:

  • Email
  • Registered mail
  • In-person delivery
  • Notifications posted on the Mobile App

Notices to MP Money must be sent to [email protected] or to the office address.

16. Termination

MP Money may terminate Services immediately if:

  • False or misleading information is provided
  • The Customer is under investigation for illegal activity
  • AML/CTF concerns arise
  • Legal violations occur

Termination does not exempt the Customer from obligations relating to previous Orders.

MP Money may terminate Services immediately if false information is provided, illegal activity is suspected, or AML/CTF concerns arise.

17. Amendments

MP Money may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Mobile App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
